1. Who should I contact regarding a complaint?

If a complaint should arise after your order with all care, contact your furniture dealer from whom you purchased the piece of furniture promptly. He will take care of the complaint handling.

2. Do you offer exhibits?

No, our furniture is sold exclusively through our specialist furniture dealers.

3. Can I obtain certain models only from selected dealers?

Yes, our models are exclusively distributed or designed for you by certain furniture dealers.

4. Can I order furniture directly from you?

5. Can I also buy your models over the internet?

No, our models are only available from specialist furniture dealers.

6. Does the wood colour match my existing room when buying new furniture?

Solid wood is a natural product that 'lives' and 'works'. Changes in the wood and deviations in colour due to the effects of light are common, but do not affect the durability and value of the furniture.

Solid wood is always subject to a certain process of colour change. This is intensified by direct sunlight and unfortunately cannot be avoided.

Although pieces of furniture bought later will change colour again and largely adapt to existing furniture after a certain time, differences in colour and structure cannot be completely ruled out. These are natural. As a rule, however, these are not perceived as seriously disturbing.

However, you should avoid direct sunlight on your solid wood furniture in any case.

7. When do you have another discount campaign?

Discount promotions are exclusively trade promotions that are neither initiated nor supported by Decker.

Therefore, we cannot give you any information when and where a discount campaign with our articles will be carried out.

8. What delivery times do you have for your models?

Our furniture is made to order and individually. The production of the furniture can vary depending upon series or special production.

Please inquire the delivery times directly with your furniture dealer, where you bought a Decker model.

9. What is the price of your furniture?

We sell our solid wood furniture exclusively through the selective furniture trade.

We will be happy to name you a local furniture retailer who can advise you individually and give you the prices.

10. How to remove stains, scratches or dents from solid wood furniture?

Loose dirt should be removed with a dust cloth. Basically, all dirt and spilled liquids (e.g. beverages) should be removed immediately to avoid a long exposure time. A small amount of neutral soap can be added to the water for wiping, then wipe dry. It is important not to leave permanent moisture on the surfaces.

Dirt scratches are cleaned with a fine Scotch mat in the direction of the grain.

11. How often must the care products be used?

In order to preserve the value of these 'natural products', maintenance is of great importance. In order to maintain the natural surface gloss, all surfaces should be treated regularly with a care set.

Care is strongly recommended before and after the heating period.

12. How do you care for our untreated oiled solid wood furniture?

The surfaces of our solid wood furniture are treated with a natural oil/wax combination. Loose dirt should be removed immediately with a dust cloth and spilled liquids (e.g. drinks). It is important not to leave permanent moisture on the surfaces.
